Planning Board The Planning Board reviews proposals under the Land Use Ordinance, Shoreland Use Ordinance and the Site Plan Review Ordinance as needed to insure that all new proposals will meet the requirements of the Ordinances and guidelines established by the Town.

Zoning Board of Appeals The Zoning Board of Appeals meets as needed on the 4th Thursday of the month. They hear appeals and review requests for variances to the Land Use, Shoreland Use and other town ordinances.
